One of the aims of kmc interim - interims in healthcare is to provide the health sector with a specific point of reference to utilise the expertise of interim managers for project and operational requirements. The increase in the demand for interim managers working within the Health Sector has highlighted the need to develop a support structure for those working in this area and kmc has therefore created kmc interim - interims in healthcare which will:

work closely with the health sector (both public and private) at national and local level to meet short term and strategic objectives and promote the opportunities offered through the use of interim managers

present the health sector with one key point of reference for project and operational requirements. A register of specialist skills and interests will be maintained.
